All sale or discounted items are a FINAL SALE. For regular priced items, you have 10 days to return for instore credit or exchange. If your item was shipped to you and you are unhappy with the product you can return it for online store credit or exchange. You will be responsible for your own return shipping. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with tags still attached. We will contact you with a personalized online shop credit code as soon as we receive your items. We will always do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives to you safely and in excellent condition, that being said, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Congrats on getting in on the pre-order! When something goes up for pre-order it is so we can give you the opportunity to order the item before it hits our small and super busy store front. With all pre-orders we ask that you patiently wait as our items are put up for pre-order as soon as they leave the manufacturer and it can take up to two weeks to arrive at our shop.
If it happens that the items are lost in transit, show up damaged or are not as they were advertised, we will refund you 100% of your money. We do a lot of research into the companies before we order so you can be at ease that the items are high quality.
